How do I choose a class?
Tai Chi with Merry (easy) If you would like to learn Tai Chi for Health forms, (Tai Chi for Arthritis, TC Diabetes, TC Rehabilitation, etc)
Intermediate Tai Chi (challenging) If you already know TCA1 and TCA2, and can proficiently demonstrate the form from memory, and would like to learn more outside of TCH forms,(Sun 73, Yang 24, etc)
Qigong with Merry If you just want to follow along, mellow out, relieve stress.
Classes Offered - 8 week session
Qigong with Merry - Monday - open to all
Tai Chi with Merry - Wednesday and Friday
Intermediate Tai Chi - Tuesday and Thursday
*Tai chi class tuition includes Qigong class.
Qigong with Merry
Qigong's gentle movements do much more than stretch your ligaments and muscles; they work to harmonize your body. Certain movements help your Qi, or energy, move through the various meridians in your body and when your Qi can flow freely through your body, you remain as Nature intended--healthy and balanced. The class will consist of simple qigong postures and movements that can be performed seated or standing, and is suitable for beginners. The slow, gentle movements and breathing are also an excellent addition to the advanced student's etablished physical regiment.
Mondays and Fridays 10am on Zoom. 8 weeks for 45.00
